That's really all you want from your insurance company. Kim Boucher has been supporting me through the years and I find her particularly helpful and attentive.

This was my first time getting insurance so I was kinda stressed, set it up, happy to have insurance...then they tried to take my insurance out of my account two days early. When the payment bounced they cancelled my insurance on me! Bad company and I don't recommend them to anyone!
