I just got my insurance term renewed without my permission and they just keep my credit card information after the termination of the current term and keep charging the fee for the next year. They promise to offer 7/24 contact but actually it would only be available for weekdays while I will be busy. If there would choice to offer 0 star I will do 0

Easy to sign up with and get insured. But hope you never have to make a claim. I have tried to make a claim for over 2 weeks and no one likes to call you back.
