Great customer service! The day after I get my online quote I got a call from Tara asking if I had time to go over the policy and make sure it was the right one for my business. We set up a time to chat and she sent me an invite right away that I could automatically schedule in my calendar on my phone. She called me exactly at the time we scheduled to chat and she answered all of my millions of questions and was very patient, helpful and personable! She set me up with an affordable and appropriate plan for my business. Right away I received my receipt, my coverage breakdown and list of contacts should I have any other questions or want to change my plan! Tara made it so easy and stress-free for me and genuinely wanted to make sure my business was taken care of! Highly recommend APOLLO and ask for Tara when you call! ;)

My insurance renewal for my investment condo came up and the premium was increased. I shopped around and clicked Apollo insurance that was suggested by the strata company in their market place. I saved some money on the premium. The process was easy online through Apollo insurance e-quote. I had questions to make sure I get the proper coverage. Dana Slonski at Apollo was able to help provide me with enough coverage at a good premium. On the second day I went ahead and purchased the new condo insurance and cancelled the renewal with the old insurer.

It took me just three minutes to get my Renter’s Insurance done. Confirmation and certificate arrived almost at the same time. However, I dit it too quickly on my mobile phone and made mistake of not choosing the proper policy, and even worse of misspelling my own name! I sent a mail to request modification. Two days later, as promised, Kathleen Kelly replied and fixed the problem right away. Efficiency and service really exceed my expectation.
