While the main menu, when calling, didn’t clearly indicate which option I should choose as a new customer, the customer service representative was helpful in getting me to the right place. Then the individual who I did talk to was great at easily setting up an account for me and answering questions.

I had a pleasure dealing with Apollo insursnce online. Their interface was very easy to use and understand. Their online messenger system proved to be so helpful. I had an issue that could not be resolved with my usual bank, but when I came to Apollo, my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. I am very happy with my experience and my new tenant insurance policy!!! Will recommend for anyone!

These guys and gals at Apollo are the best in terms of responding to my questions answering all I wanted to know I've been with them for year's now never had any negative from them even when my CC card was replaced and I never told them about it and I finally got back a few months later and stairtened the hole thing out it was all good (I'm sure other Ins. Co. Would of cut me off the first month of not getting there $ so highly recommend these people for all your ins. Needs ps very very reasonable for my monthly policies thank you, ...... To the Moon !
