Easy to sign up for, great customer service

By far the easiest online experience I had. I had my doubts because the process was so quick, I had to call. When I did I spoke with Paul Stewart and he reassured me that everything is ok and that it really does take about 30secs once you pay for the policy to be emailed to you. So I made the payment and what do you know 30ecs later I had my policy. Best online experience ever!!!

I emailed to ammend the spelling of my name on my policy and i received a reply that it will take 2-3 days for my request to be processed but in just less than an hour i received the update! i am impressed! thank you!

Had this for my contracting buisness, they did not cover theft of my tools, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy ever, then charged for the last 6 months when I canceled with them! Over 10k in loss, pathetic

I had an excellent experience with this insurance company. I needed general liability insurance for my chocolate business and Tara was incredibly helpful in providing me with a proper quote.
