Got a policy with them and had to cancel it immediately (before the coverage actually started because it was supposed to start the day after) since it didn't have my wife's information, which my landlord also requested. Received an email saying that cancelling involved paying extra, to which I asked for explanations. Never received an answer. I wrote an email to weeks later because the policy hadn't been cancelled, never answered. By now, I have already been charged for two months and when I try to cancel the policy on the page, it says that I have to pay even more to leave! Keep away!

Charged me a month in advance when getting the policy. Stopped answering my calls when I attempted to cancel. I stopped payments to them and someone reached out to me immediately! Still keep telling me I owe them money for the month I don’t even need the services for and incapable of providing any sound explanation to why they charged me for the extra month and need more money for cancellation now. Sad they are duping people with fake ratings!!!!!

My experience with Tara Tolmie was #1, 1st rate, perfect, professional, friendly, and welcoming. She answered all my questions intelligently and carefully, and I felt very assured by her expertise. She was very helpful in sharing the importance of water damage. I'm so thankful for that as I almost forgot this most important detail. She was looking out for her client.
