I was quite nervous and doubtful going in. But it didn't take long before I relaxed realizing I wasn't being judged I got an awesome rate which really helps these days. I was welcomed and treated well I will always recommend Apollo insurance

Do not use this insurance! Their rates are cheaper but you will pay multitudes more in time and stress when you need to use it. I had a hidden toilet leak from normal wear and tear to a downstairs unit in a strata building. I submitted all evidence right away for a liability claim and the insurance company said I was not liable even though I pointed out a strict liability bylaw. The insurance said I should not pay out of pocket either. My neighbor disagreed and sued me at the BC civil resolution tribunal. I was left to fend for myself for over ten months through a long dragged out process. It was extremely stressful and time consuming. I lost the case in the end due to the strict liability bylaw (which I pointed out to the insurance adjuster in the very beginning) and now my name is in a public database with all the case details. I also have a ruined relationship with a neighbor even though I didn't do anything wrong. I did everything a homeowner should do: I bought insurance, took care of my property and repaired my toilet as soon as I knew of any issue, and followed all directions with submitting a claim. Only after I lost the case did the insurance pay the claim. They made an incorrect claim assessment which led to me being dragged through the civil dispute process for no good reason. You buy insurance hoping you never need to use it. When you actually do, Apollo won't be there for you. Stay far away.

APOLLO Insurance was very easy and convenient to set up, far easier then the other companies that I attempted to sign up with.

Easiest process AND cheapest tenant insurance. Although I never needed to file a claim, they have lower coverage and better deductable rates than other companies, pushing their rates low. If they have auto insurance and the price was worth it, I'd definitely stuck with them. I'm probably going to APOLLO when I get my 1st home

I could give zero if there is option so, Worst service i have ever seen, they automatically debit our money from card and no response get from service though you follow up over email or calls They do not care about service, very first time customer team would pick the phone and say that we can't see your transaction and will call you back in couple of days once we have data but they never call you, incase if you call them after couple of days they would hang up the call Be careful......
