Somehow got my credit card information to charge the next year even though my card had expired (possibly from Stripe; their payments processor illegally giving them this information) and customer support prematurely ended chats/calls.

I like how you guys automatically renew the policy, that way when we have to cancel, we get destroyed in fees. When we we're deciding to put this in, did you ask yourself: will this benefit the customers we serve or the shareholders we truly care about?

My overall experience was good. The agents that I dealt with throughout the process were knowledgeable, and the information they provided in their emails was very clear. Only reason why I'm giving this a lower rating is because of the general tone of the messaging around the policy. I understand that it needs to be delivered with attention to particular wording around legalities, but it gave me the impression that there would be massive massive penalties and inconvenience if I should ever cancel the policy which as a renter at some point I will and I can't really find anything in the policy that outlines and stipulates what that cost would be so that was concerning for me because you only see that after you signed the dotted line. So I'm still a little bit confused as to what happens if I decide after one year to cancel this policy 15 days ahead of renewal that was not clear to me and I wish it were less punitive sounding. So my service was good but also receiving something about your updated terms this morning after just signing on with you yesterday makes the overall experience leave a somewhat OK taste in my mouth

Really easy to customize and purchase insurance. The process is clear and easy to follow. The company also seems to have high ratings. I haven’t made a claim yet but will update if I must.
