Stacey is absolutely wonderful! I spoke to other insurance companies and she was the only one that understood my business and what I needed (and didn't need) right from the initial call. Our conversations always felt genuine and honest, not salesy and never pushy. Understanding insurance policies always seem like a lot of jargon, but Stacey broke it down for me easily and simply so that I can understand how the coverage would impact my business. I would definitely recommend Stacey to my friends and family!

I just had the most amazing experience with Jenelle Carto at APOLLO INSURANCE. I was not having much luck as I had some not so usual things to be added to a policy. Jenelle was so helpful. If we hit a road block she accessed support and as back to me in no time with a work around. She is efficient and pays attention to the details. Whenever I did not understand something she slowed down the process and explained it until I got it. She gave me tips to save money - what more can you ask for! Thanks again Jenelle!
