She was very enthusiastic, very friendly and her professionalism about her work and the passion she demonstrated about taking the time to listen and going beyond the customer service expectations. I am very impressed and thankful we still have people like Jenna that really make a difference in the insurance industry and outstanding customer service care.

The process was efficient and straightforward. I had previously held tenant insurance with ZipSure, and the experience of completing their process was quite confusing. The apartment management required my spouse's name to be on the account; however, ZipSure didn't allow this unless I listed my spouse as a roommate, resulting in me having to pay for two tenant insurances. Additionally, I appreciate the option to pay annually instead of monthly.

Very strange experience. When my roommate recommended Apollo to me, I was told that I would receive a 10% discount. Instead, I was overcharged by 40 dollars. So I just did my own insurance application without the referral, and it was cheaper.

I can't say whether you're good or bad because I hadn't filed a claim with you as of yet. I know it was easy signing up and getting the coverage. I just don't know when I need you if you're going to be there for me like you say you are and we will not know that until the day comes where I need to file a claim. Then I'll see how good you are

I can't give you five stars because I don't know how you would deal with me in person, but what I do know is that it was very easy to fill out the application online and that the price is very reasonable. Thank you for your help
