After comparing tenant insurances, my partner and I selected Apollo for an initial quotation. The website was pretty simple and guided us pretty well. Having a few doubts, Jenelle C. contacted us quickly after and she answered all our questions clearly, and guided us through the process. We really appreciated our meeting with her and her professionalism.

About 2 weeks back I made a grave mistake of purchasing a rental insurance policy from Apollo Insurance. The policy was for a unit in an apartment in Ottawa. The policy was set to start after one week. Before start of the policy date, the unit number of my apartment in the same building was changed. So, naturally, I sent an email to Apollo insurance to update the unit number in their record and send me the revised policy. More than a week has been passed, despite several reminders, no one has answered any of my email. I have tried both of their sales and service email IDs and even called several times on its helplines. But no one bothered to answer any of my phone call. Yesterday, I planned to visit its office but when I checked its address it is of Vancouver and I am living in Ottawa. It is impossible for me to visit Vancouver for this policy and even if I visit, based on the service level they are providing, I don't this it will help. I hope someone from the Apollo management will spare some time from his precious time and read my message. I'll keep trying through email, helpline and all the online forums that Apollo insurance is using till my problem is resolved. Thanks for the read.
