Worst customer service...I called up customer support to discuss some changes in the policy and after waiting for over 15 minutes (wherein multiple times it was stated "all are agents are assisting other customers") they forced me to leave a message and disconnected the call. I wonder if they even have a customer care team. They might be one the cheapest. Is this how they respond if there are actual claims on the policy ?. Price is cheap and so is the support. Abysmal service. Wouldn't recommend. P.S: Do read their cancellation policy before getting insurance from them.
