Quick process for online purchase. But the policy hasn't received after 2 days since the payment made, and don't know when or not the policy will be given to me, although the description on payment page said it will be emailed right after payment.

Simplicity makes everything a pleasure to deal with. I answered a few questions, paid the fee....Shazam!...Insured. How easy is that. My policy is $10,000 for loss. It's $2.50/mo additional for $20,000 loss insurance. Why does $30,000 loss insurance drive the policy to a monthly fee of $55? It seems out of line. I live in an apartment managed by Arnsby Property Management. The building is 3 years old and has the latest everything (modern fire detection and suppression equipment) House insurance is something I never count on using......ever. The car? No insurance is too expensive for the car but a small apartment, $55/mo for $30,000 loss insurance? Just wondering, Overall I am very pleased. I have met my residency requirement with this policy and it's less than half of what I was paying at Waw*n*sa.

It was a good experience -- as with any company, there was an additional charge :( I don't understand why companies can't just be upfront that the "price" per month they are giving you is only part of the cost!!!!! Why can't they just work it out so that people know what they have to pay without getting extra charges -- grrrrr. It should be illegal.

I was really happy for my friend to refer me and to get a response so quickly. I was offer a 5% discount and the message said that another 5% for setting up the auto debit, but not sure if that I received it. This was only done over through emails and no contact with a human, so that I could ask a few questions? The policy was set up and started on Sept. 30, 2023? I was charged for $56.01 and then on the paperwork stated that the payment would come out on the 1st of every month? I was charged again within 12hrs again another $56.01 Oct 1st, 2023? I don't think I should be charged again until November 1, 2023? The payment taken out on Sept. 1, 2023, should be for the month of Oct 2023, I would think? I also wanted to ask about a seniors discount? But it stated that no one was available to speak to until Monday Oct. 2, 2023. I hope that I am refunded for the one payment? As that was money for my phone bill, and I had to borrow that now to make sure that the payment doesn't bounce. I hope I hear from someone ASAP, by calling me, text, or email!! Thank you
