Very shady practice. Upon cancelling my health and fitness insurance I was charged a cancellation fee of more than my annual premium. I was unable to get an answer or explanation from anyone. Reddit tells me this is a common complaint and just very sleazy in my opinion. Will not be using again and have warned all my colleagues.
