    Easy and smooth process. Best price you can get for the tenant insurance in the market. Only issue I had was at the time of cancelling the tenant policy. I was not able to reach out to their customer service team. After get in touch with them after several attempts, they took care of my request in a professional manner.

    The automatic dialog system did not ask me about the start date of my tenancy insurance and I ended up with Sep 21 instead of Oct 1, when I am start to rent. And there was no option to change it.
