Be advised there is no way to cancel or contact support. Total scam. Support eventually reached out only after posting this review. Received one email saying that the problem didn't exist, and that "people are in the chat right now" so I've included screenshots of the issues.

Great experience with Apollo! I filled out the brief form and paid online with my credit card and in 5 minutes, I had tenant insurance. I called customer service for a certificate of Insurance for my landlord and got it immediately. And the price was perfect. No hassles or deep dive questions. Easy, efficient and simple!
