I am extremely dissatisfied with Apollo Insurance. For several months, I have been charged twice each month without my consent or prior notification. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone, I have received no response or resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

They keep going in my bank every 2 to 3 weeks sometimes I don't have money. I don't even work because I have problems with my neck. I have anxiety to that's why I have ODSP not only that I received child tax benefits and they keep going into my bank 2 to 3 weeks when I don't have money sometimes in my bank and that was my last bit of money today and they took it. We had an agreement for every month instead the 11th I said the 20th And I needed that very important for me and my kids They're not good and they cut you off when I'm trying to explain something or myself either way they rush you and they jump to conclusion before hearing anything and they never let you talk or give you a chance to talk on the phone They're very rude to.
