    How to Submit a Claim

    Our advisors are with you throughout your insurance journey, including making a claim.

    Step 1 | Consultation & Documentation

    Before proceeding with your claim, we highly recommend reaching out to your insurance broker for personalized advice about deductibles and impacts to premium — this will allow you to make informed decisions and streamline the claims process. Contact information can be found on your policy receipt, sent to you at time of purchase.

    Step 2 | Claims Submission

    If you decide to proceed with the claim the next step is to gather complete details of the incident including date & time of occurrence, nature and extent of the damage, and any measures taken to prevent further damage and complete the claims submission form below.

    Step 3 | APOLLO Support

    APOLLO will work with our insurance company adjusters and you for the seamless processing of your claim, and will remain involved.

    Before proceeding with your claim, it is highly recommended to reach out to your insurance broker. The contact information can be found on policy receipt for personalized advice about the pros and cons of submitting a claim. If you work with APOLLO or are unsure, you can call APOLLO at 1-(866)-517-9020.

    For any general inquiries or non-emergency questions, please email claims@apollocover.com. Our claims administration team will respond to your questions within two (2) business days.

    If your claim is an emergency that happens outside normal business hours (APOLLO business hours are 9AM to 8PM EST, Monday to Friday), you can contact our partner, Maxwell Claims Services Ltd., at the Canadian toll-free, after-hours, claims-handling line at 1-800-658-8668 or by email at apolloclaims@maxwellclaims.net.
