At APOLLO, we are committed to ensuring that we have effective and transparent procedures for the handling of claims. To assist with the intake and review of all claims, APOLLO has strategically partnered with our insurance carriers and third-party administrators, to offer all APOLLO policyholders both personalized and exceptional service from a national network of claims professionals.
Submit a Claim
For any APOLLO policyholder needing to submit a claim, refer to the claims notice procedures detailed, where applicable, on your insurance policy documents, as claims intake differs from one carrier to the next. If you are unsure of where to submit a claim: email@example.com
Brokers are also invited to complete the Loss Notice form to help facilitate the receipt of claims.

Because nobody can predict when a claim will occur, if your claim is an emergency that happens outside normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday), we are pleased to partner with Maxwell Claims Services Ltd.
